Developed and launched a commercial line of enamel pins, keychains, and stickers for an independent e-commerce store and external clients.

Production-Ready Optimization: Conceptualized original artwork and translated sketches into complex vector files with continuous closed loops for precision manufacturing and technical compliance.

Colour Accuracy: Hand-selected colour palettes using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure factory colour replication.

Material Innovation: Directed the use of advanced techniques and interactive elements, including sandblasting, gradient UV printing, multi-layered screen printing, glitter, pearl, glow-in-the-dark, translucent "stained glass" enamels, magnetic components, and swinging/spinning attachments. Experience with both soft and hard enamel, including dyed enamel, "spray-paint" or powder coated plating, as well as standard gold, nickel, black nickel, and rainbow chrome. 

Quality Assurance & Proofing: Managed communication with overseas manufacturers to navigate technical specifications and production requirements. Maintained quality control by auditing, refining, and approving factory production proofs to ensure desired final outputs.
